SCCA Central Florida Region will hosting their third event this year at the St. lucie County Fairgrounds. The last two event there have been intense. Wether its close battles or just flat out driving we are doing it all. There is nothing like whipping a car around a dirt trail with full confidence. If you want to learn about vehicle control then you do rallycross. But don't take my word for it. Come out and see for your self. Spectating is free and encouraged. See you at the event. || Event Info || || Google Maps ||

That is correct ladies and gentlemen. We are all set for the second event of the year. On April 13th be prepared to see some of the up and coming rally stars of Florida. We will be racing at the proven St. lucie Fairgrounds. This has been the best location so far. This is because it has acres of space for us to push our cars. We also throw in some tight and twisty areas to test your skills. For the entry fee of $50-65 you will truly have the time of your life. You can compare our rally cross events to a auto cross event in that we use cones to mark the course and one car goes through at a time. However, there are many differences between the two. For instance, rallyX has more than double the area of a auto cross which means more seat time for the same money. Also, you will simply learn more about car control from driving on a loose surface. Believe it or not but driving on the dirt gives you tons of confidence on the pavement.
RallyX is a entry level program designed for true beginnners to proffessionals. This is a very basic race day where all you need is a healthy car, a helmet, and some seat belts. Sure you can take it more serious but if your a beginner you do not need to worry about anything but making it to the event. |
