The rally events just keep getting better and better. Each event this season has had a different reason for being great. With this last event it was the high speed straights and flowing turns that did it. Everyone had a great time and drove well. Congratulations to the top three drivers of the event. Carlos Filipe, Juan Cardozo, and Chris Harris. Also, a big thank you to all of the volunteers who donated their time to help and hangout with us.

We have just completed our 5th event at the Homestead-Miami Speedway. Thanks to the last event the drivers have now had an opportunity to race on two different surfaces. We either have soft sugar sand of central Florida or the hard and abrasive lime rock from south Florida. No matter which one one is preferred it is always a good thing to have experience on every type of surface.
The Next event should have been the Super Rally Cross at the European Rally School but due insufficient entries that event has been cancelled. The next time that we will be rallying will July 11th 2010 at Thunder Cross MX Park of Lake Okeechobee. This event will be the 6th event for the SCCA Championship. This has been one of the best years for rally cross in this state and it is really showing. All the drivers have stepped up there game and are making it a very competitive Championship.

The European Rally School of Starke, fl will be hosting there yearly rally cross on June 19th. These events are more like sprint rally than a rally cross.There will be 6 stages of rougly 25 miles of smooth mixed sufaces. Competitors will be set off a 1 minute intervals and be timed to the nearest second. Normal rally cross rules (SCCA rally cross, NASA rally cross) will aplly for this event. A roll cage is not required but recommened. A suitable crash helmet and a healthy car is all you need. Registration is $85 and must be paid prior to the event.
