The time has come to rally at the fairgrounds again. August 28th 2011. The best location of the whole season undeniably. The fairgrounds is a perfect sized 70 acres area filled with different surfaces and elevation changes. Even with a rain soaked ground the course holds up beautifully. All the usual rally cross auto cross rules apply of course. You need a decent car with seat belts and a suitable helmet (loaner helmets are usually available). For full rules and classing then check out the rules link at the top of the page. Can't race? well then come out and spectate. There is no charge for just watching. $45 entry fee for about 15 minutes of seat time. Talk about a good time on a budget. See you guys out there. Oh yea by the way it's BYOB.

Finally!! Florida SCCA Rally Cross has just secured our next event for Saturday July 23rd 2011 at Palm Beach International Raceway. This is very exciting news because the event will be run on the ex moto cross course as well as another adjacent area which will make a nice and long dirt course. Complete rookie drivers to the pro's are welcome to join the fun. This is where you grab life by the horns so don't be nervous and dont be shy. If you have any questions just ask. Spend any time with rally people and you will see how laid back and cool they are.. A suitable helmet, drivers license, and a car is all you will need to enter. Car sharing is definately allowed and encouraged. PBIR is home to all forms of racing and now Rally Cross gets to join that list. Don't miss out on the first Rally event at the new PBIR. Entry fee should be around $40-$50 and is paid the morning of the event.

Hello all. I am announcing the next rally cross for the SCCA will be April 17th 2011 at the St.Lucie County Fairgrounds. This will be a regular rally cross so the cost will be around $45 which is well woth it. For those unsure of rally cross it is just like a auto cross but in the dirt and 3 times bigger. You get to throw the car around like a toy and have the time of your life. Rally is a great way to learn about car control. I hope to see you at the event. Just remember to show up around 9 am the day of the event if you choose to enter and it is completely free for spectators to to come out and watch.
